Hamburger Casserole
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can Niblets Mexicorn
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese or medium sharp Cheddar
- garlic salt or powder
- 1 can tomato sauce (medium can)
- salt and pepper
- Saute celery, onion and bell pepper.
- Brown ground chuck in skillet. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix these ingredients together in oblong baking dish. Drain corn.
- Now add cooked macaroni, corn and tomato sauce and more spices to taste. Grate cheese and mix half of the cheese in with ingredients.
- Use the other half of the cheese to top casserole. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on top.
