Italian Spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 button garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
- Fry ground
- beef,
- chopped
- onions and pepper in butter until slightly
- browned.
- Add
- canned tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer over low heat for 2 1/2 to 3
- hours.
- If desired,
- cook,
- package
- and
- freeze.
