Steak With Dipping Sauce

  1. Rub steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook steaks in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135u0b0; medium, 140u0b0; medium-well, 145u0b0). Remove and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, saute mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add the beans, beer and garlic; cover and cook for 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine dipping sauce ingredients. Serve with steaks and vegetables.
