Bartlett Pear And Blue Cheese Salad

  1. Place pears, cut side down, in an 11x7-in. baking dish. Brush with 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Add water and remaining lemon juice to pan.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 15-20 minutes or just until pears are tender. Drain and cool to room temperature.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine the blue cheese, walnuts and onions.
  4. Just before serving, divide lettuce among six plates; drizzle with dressing. Top each with a pear half and 2 tablespoons blue cheese mixture.
