Swedish Mocha Cake

  1. Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Combine coffee, 1 cup sugar and raisins in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Boil 5 minutes and cool.
  5. Cream butter, add 1 cup sugar, vanilla and one egg at a time.
  6. Beat until fluffy.
  7. Add dry ingredients and cooked mixture.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  9. This is a moist cake and stores well.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Serve with hard sauce.
