Lite Cream Of Broccoli Soup

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broccoli and next three ingredients.
  3. Cook until cheese melts and soup is thoroughly heated.
  4. Garnish with 1 teaspoon shredded cheese.
  5. Yields 4 (1 cup) servings.
