(Aunt Stormy'S) Spaghetti

  1. Using a large pot, put in tomatoes and catsup (rinse catsup bottle with water).
  2. Add tomato paste (rinse can with water) and clove of garlic (cut up real fine).
  3. Let that simmer while you brown ground chuck in skillet.
  4. Add to large pot.
  5. Brown onion and peppers in butter and add to pot.
  6. Let it simmer from two to four hours gently.
  7. If it gets too thick, add a little water.
  8. If you like, add mushrooms to the sauce.
  9. I also like to sprinkle a little oregano in sauce while it simmers.
