Dante'S Salsa
- 6 c. chopped tomatoes (Roma tomatoes are primo)
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 c. jalapeno juice
- minced fresh jalapenos to desired spiciness
- 1 c. chopped white onion
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno slices from jar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop or dice onions and tomatoes as fine or chunky as you would like your salsa.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Measurements of each are variable, of course.
- The salsa will become more flavorful in its own juices.
- You can always throw in more tomatoes, etc., and keep it going.
- Another idea is to throw in some canned tomatoes with some of their juice.
- Enjoy with your favorite nacho chips or tortilla chips.
- This can be hot stuff.
- Ole!!
