Poppy Seed Bread

  1. Mix flour, 2 1/2 cups sugar, salt, baking powder and poppy seed together and set aside.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavoring and 1 1/2 teaspoons almond flavoring together.
  3. Gradually add flour mixture. Do not overbeat.
  4. Pour into 4 mini loaf pans and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pans for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour glaze over loaves and let them set for 5 minutes.
  6. Wrap tightly in foil.
