Meat And Noodle Skillet

  1. In a large skillet lightly brown beef and sausage.
  2. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, tomato paste, water and mushrooms. Stir well and add noodles.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring gently two or three times with a fork.
  5. Before serving, stir in Blue cheese and walnuts.
  6. Serve from skillet.
  7. Serves 6.
