- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 small head cabbage
- salt and pepper
- 4 oz. creamy garlic dressing
- 1 1/2 tsp. season salt
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- bread dough
- Brown meat and onion together and drain.
- Shred cabbage (not too fine)
- and
- add
- to
- meat mixture.
- Add seasonings to taste. Let
- cool.tsing
- your
- favorite
- bread dough recipe, shape dough totesired
- size,ts
- thin as possible.
- You may find a saucer helpful by stretching the dough over it.
- Spoon cabbage and
- meat mixture
- into dough and fold over, pinching edges together.
- Bake to a golden brown as you would hot rolls or light bread, about 25 minutes in 425u0b0 oven.
