Shrimp Casserole

  1. Saute celery, green pepper and onion in oil in saucepan until tender.
  2. Sprinkle with flour, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
  4. Add milk gradually.
  5. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
  6. Stir in shrimp.
  7. Spoon into shallow 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  8. Top with mixture of crumbs, butter and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
  10. Yield:
