Strawberry Almond Bars

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Spread preserves over crust. In a small bowl, combine the butter, flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and extract; sprinkle over preserves.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Combine the confectioners' sugar, almond extract and enough milk to achieve desired consistency; drizzle over warm bars. Cool completely on a wire rack.
