Tamale Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, salt, chili powder, tomato sauce, consomme, corn, parsley and olives; heat to boiling in an iron skillet.
  3. Stir in 7 ounces of corn chips.
  4. Scoop this into a 2-quart greased casserole dish; sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese and chopped olives.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  6. Serves 8.
