Air Fryer Quentin’S Peach-Bourbon Wings

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400u0b0. Place preserves, brown sugar, garlic and salt in a food processor; process until blended. Transfer to a small saucepan. Add vinegar and bourbon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened, 4-6 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into preserve mixture. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce for serving.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut through the two joints on each chicken wing; discard wing tips. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches as needed, place wing pieces in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook 6 minutes; turn and brush with preserve mixture. Return to air fryer and cook until browned and juices run clear, 6-8 minutes longer. Remove and keep warm. Repeat with remaining wing pieces. Serve wings immediately with reserved sauce.
