Cheeseburger Pie
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small pepper, sliced small
- reserved 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium sliced tomatoes (fresh)
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz. shredded cheese
- 6 chicken breasts or 1 chicken, boiled and pieces picked off in chunks
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- poultry seasoning
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- Layer chunks of chicken in bottom of buttered casserole.
- Pour soup (which has been heated) over chicken.
- Sprinkle generously with poultry seasoning.
- Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix. Spread this mixture on top of chicken and soup.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
