Scampi A La Marinara

  1. In hot oil, in skillet, cook garlic just until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, 1/2 hour.
  4. Stir in oregano and tomato paste and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in garlic salt and shrimp.
  6. Heat, stirring to combine.
  7. Serve topped with grated cheese over spaghetti or rice if desired.
