Appetizer Puffs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. mushrooms, chopped (you can use canned, drained)
- 2 tbsp. ripe olives, chopped
- Mix flour and salt, add margarine in until mixture starts to form a ball.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Divide dough into 4 parts. Wrap each part and chill several hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a floured surface, roll each section of dough into a 12x6 inch rectangle.
- Sprinkle one half each with all remaining ingredients.
- Fold over into a 6 inch square.
- Cut the 6 inch squares into 2 inch squares and press the edges together. Continue until all dough is gone.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Makes about 35.
