Multi-Grain Bread

  1. Snip apricots; put in a bowl with honey.
  2. Stir; let set.
  3. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water; stir until dissolved. Add salt, sugar and baking powder; stir to dissolve.
  4. Add buttermilk, rolled oats and wheat germ; mix well.
  5. Let set 10 minutes.
