Hoagie Dip
- 1 large loaf Italian bread
- 1/2 lb. ham
- 1/2 lb. Italian salami
- 1/2 lb. ham capacola
- 1/4 lb. American cheese
- 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1 or 2 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
- little oil
- oregano
- Italian seasoning
- Slice Italian bread in one-inch slices. Layer meat and cheese, one on top of the other.
- Roll up tight and then slice into pinwheels not quite an inch wide.
- Take a large bowl and tear up half a head of lettuce.
- Cut up tomatoes into cubes.
- Dice small onion.
- Put your meat and cheese pinwheels in with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, little oil, oregano and Italian seasoning.
- Toss and serve with spoon on slices of Italian bread.
