Stuffed Flounder Or Sole Fillets

  1. Arrange fillets on large plate.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Set aside while you prepare stuffing.
  4. Combine celery, onion and margarine in glass bowl.
  5. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes full power or until tender.
  6. Stir in bread crumbs, lemon juice, parsley, thyme and salt.
  7. Divide fillets into 4 equal parts.
  8. Put stuffing on top and roll up.
  9. You may fasten together with toothpicks.
  10. Place in casserole dish.
  11. To cook in microwave:
  12. Cover with wax paper. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
  13. To cook in regular oven:
  14. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400u0b0.
