King Burgers

  1. Cut butter into 6 slices. Place on a small plate; freeze until firm. For sauce, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper until blended.
  2. In a large bowl, combine beef, broth and 1-1/2 teaspoons hamburger seasoning, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Place a butter slice in the center of each; shape beef around butter, forming 3/4-in.-thick patties. Sprinkle patties with remaining hamburger seasoning.
  3. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160u0b0. Spread buns with softened butter. Grill buns over medium heat, cut side down, for 30-60 seconds or until toasted. Serve burgers on buns with sauce and toppings.
