Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil and debone chicken.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add flour and cook until bubbly.
  4. Add cream and chicken broth and cook until thickened.
  5. Add mayo, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, wine and seasonings.
  6. Saute mushrooms in butter.
  7. In 3-quart casserole, place cooked spaghetti, cooked chicken and mushrooms.
  8. Pour white sauce over spaghetti mixture.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0
  10. for 30 to 40 minutes.
