Chicken Casserole
- 3 lb. chicken
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. cream
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Parmesan
- 1/8 c. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- Boil and debone chicken.
- Melt butter.
- Add flour and cook until bubbly.
- Add cream and chicken broth and cook until thickened.
- Add mayo, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, wine and seasonings.
- Saute mushrooms in butter.
- In 3-quart casserole, place cooked spaghetti, cooked chicken and mushrooms.
- Pour white sauce over spaghetti mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0
- for 30 to 40 minutes.
