Five Bean Salad

  1. Wash red and green bell peppers and carrots, cut into strips and set aside.
  2. Wash onions and celery.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Remove strings from celery, chop and set a side.
  5. Drain beans and rinse. Combine vinegar, 1/2 c. salad oil, and 3/4 cup sugar.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
