Spinach Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook shells as package directions, al dente.
  2. Cook spinach according to package directions; empty into a large bowl.
  3. Mix cheeses into hot spinach and let cool slightly.
  4. Add salt and pepper to mixture.
  5. When shells are cooked, drain and rinse.
  6. Brown beef, then add sauce and heat until warm.
  7. Stuff shells with cheese mixture and put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  8. Cover with meat sauce.
  9. Cover and bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes until bubbly. Can be frozen.
  10. Serves 8 to 10.
