Cavatini
- 1 c. macaroni sea shells
- 1 c. macaroni twists
- 1 c. macaroni elbows
- 1 c. macaroni rigatoni
- 15 oz. pepperoni
- 1 lb. browned ground beef
- 1 lb. browned Italian sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 15 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- Cook all macaroni together; drain water.
- Brown both meats, onion and pepper; drain grease.
- Combine all ingredients together, including all but 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese.
- Place in casserole dish; sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
- This recipe makes two 13 x 9-inch pans.
