Venison Stroganoff

  1. Put venison and onions in slow cooker.
  2. Combine broth, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, curry powder, ginger, salt and pepper; pour over venison.
  3. Cover and cook 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Combine cornstarch, sour cream and horseradish.
  4. Stir into venison and cook 15 minutes or until thicken.
  5. Yield 4 servings.
