Orange Nut Cake

  1. Cream together the butter, sugar, orange rind and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in marmalade and chopped nuts.
  4. Sift dry ingredients together; add to first mixture alternately with combined orange juice and evaporated milk.
  5. Turn batter into a waxed paper lined and greased 9-inch tube pan.
  6. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
  7. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. Blend together the cream cheese and milk.
  10. Spoon cream cheese on top of each serving.
  11. Top with orange sauce.
