Cocoa Cola Cake
- 1 package white cake mix (regular size)
- 1 cup cola
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup cola
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in marshmallows.

- . Bake at 350u0b0 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, for frosting, combine cocoa and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cola until blended. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in pecans. Spread over cake. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting.
