4-Alarm Chili

  1. Cook crumbled sausage, onion and garlic in hot oil until sausage is no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
  5. To serve, top each bowl of chili with Cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream and green onions.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
