Chicken Breasts Supreme

  1. Rub chicken with a mixture of poultry seasoning, Season All, salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly flour chicken and brown in a heavy skillet.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp. flour to skillet and brown slightly, stirring constantly.
  5. Slowly add hot water and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in wine and pour over chicken.
  7. Add cloves, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
  8. Remove cover the last 15 minutes to crisp.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
