Hot Chicken Salad
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 2 1/2 c. cooked cubed chicken
- 1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
- 3/4 c. small green grapes
- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- romaine lettuce leaves
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; toss gently.
- Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
- Serves 6.
