Mahi Mahi With Nectarine Salsa

  1. For salsa, in a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  2. Drizzle fillets with oil; sprinkle with salt. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill fillets, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until fish just turns opaque. Serve with salsa.
