White Chocolate Brownies

  1. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat; add grated white chocolate.
  3. Stir until chocolate melts. Set aside; let cool to room temperature.
  4. Combine eggs, sugar and salt in a large bowl; beat at medium speed until thick and lemon colored.
  5. Gradually add cooled white chocolate mixture; mix well. Add flour, beating until smooth.
  6. Stir in chopped chocolate and vanilla.
  7. Spread batter in a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Let cool in pan.
  10. Cut into squares. Yields 16 brownies.
