Overnight Layered Chicken Salad(Serves 10 To 12)

  1. Spread lettuce evenly in a shallow 4-quart serving dish.
  2. Top with bean sprouts, water chestnuts, nuts, onion, cucumber and chicken.
  3. Pat pea pods dry and arrange on top.
