Ham And Cheese Tart

  1. Roll pie crust into a 13-inch circle; place onto a 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Fold edges under and crimp; prick with a fork.
  3. Bake at 425u0b0 for 10 minutes; cool.
  4. Arrange 6 slices cheese, overlapping, on baked crust.
  5. Sprinkle with cooked ham.
  6. Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in eggs and next 3 ingredients.
  9. Spoon over ham.
  10. Cut each of the remaining 2 cheese slices into 9 squares.
  11. Arrange on top.
  12. Bake at 425u0b0 on lower rack of oven 15 minutes or until set.
  13. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  14. Yields one 12-inch tart.
