Cajun Chili
- 1 c. tomato sauce (plain)
- 2 c. herb tomato sauce
- 2 c. (12 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- oregano
- pinch of basil
- lots of chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
- 1 (29 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 5 pepperoni
- 8 Tbsp. juice
- 2 c. cajun stewed tomatoes
- 4 large dashed "Cajun Sunshine" hot pepper sauce
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Cook all ingredients up to 2 hours, then add rest of ingredients.
- (Add 1 to 2 cups water if thick.)
- Simmer for hours!
- Season to taste.
- (Chili powder, cajun sunshine, garlic, etc.)
