Skyline Chili Spaghetti(Famous Cincinnati Chili)
- 2 lb. ground beef (do not brown)
- 2 qt. water
- 4 small onions, chopped finely
- 2 toes garlic
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 small (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chopped red peppers
- 4 dried whole red peppers (optional)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
- 2 dashes A.1. steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 small cans tuna (undrained)
- 1 large bag thick noodles
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Cook the noodles per the directions on the bag; drain.
- Put back in the pan over low heat.
- Immediately stir in the 2 cans of soup.
- When finished, stir in tuna.
- Heat to desired temperature. Season to taste and serve.
- Serves 4 people.
- Cooking time:
- 12 to 15 minutes.
