Veal Scaloppine Ala Marsala

  1. Cut veal into
  2. 2-inch
  3. strips.tlour lightly and brown in olive oil, butter
  4. and salt pork.
  5. Remove salt pork;
  6. brown veal 3 minutes each
  7. side.
  8. Add salt, pepper and wine.
  9. Simmer 5 minutes; add onions, mushrooms, mangos, tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Simmer until tender.
  10. I use my electric skillet.
