Confetti Meat Loaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, vinegar, bread crumbs, bacon, apple, vegetables, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well.
  2. Pat into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160u0b0 drain. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
