Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. Combine margarine, fructose, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  4. Beat until thoroughly blended.
  5. Beat in sweetener of your choice.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture.
  7. Beat until blended.
  8. Meanwhile, combine oatmeal and raisins in a bowl. Work with your fingers or a spoon to separate the raisins and coat them with the oatmeal.
  9. Beat into cookie mixture.
  10. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  11. Bake at 375u0b0 (190u0b0C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  12. Cool slightly on cookie sheet, then move to cooling rack.
