Shrimp Creole

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in frying pan with enough cooking oil to cover.
  2. Simmer over low fire until clear.
  3. Combine rest of ingredients; start to simmer on low heat with lid on.
  4. After first mixture is completed, add to mixture but drain part of oil. Simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve over rice.

onions, bell pepper, stalks celery, garlic, tomatoes, glass water, mustard, bay leaf, shrimp, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, vinegar, salt
