Two Flavor Fudge
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme (5 or 10 oz.)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Combine in saucepan firmly packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk and butter (or margarine).
- Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring often.
- Boil for 15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Marshmallow Creme and chocolate morsels.
- Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Blend in chopped nuts and vanilla.
- Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
- Chill until firm and cut into squares. Yield:
- 2 1/2 pounds.
