Mango Cobbler

  1. Sift together the Bisquick, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
  2. Add egg and milk; beat thoroughly.
  3. Stir in melted margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan; set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, place mangos.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to mangos.
  6. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, coriander, 1/4 cup sugar (or sweeten to taste) and lemon juice.
  7. Spread mango mixture over Bisquick.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes.
