Apple-Raisin Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Whisk eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients until blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in apple, raisins and walnuts.
  2. Transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and a thermometer reads 160u0b0. Serve with additional milk if desired.
