Spaghetti With Ham (Or Turkey) Primavera

  1. Cook spaghetti and drain.
  2. Steam broccoli.
  3. In a frying pan, saute garlic, mushrooms and bell pepper in olive oil.
  4. After 2 to 3 minutes, add ham.
  5. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine cornstarch with chicken broth; mix until cornstarch dissolves. Reduce heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  6. Toss broccoli, pasta, vegetables, ham and basil.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
