Katie'S Christmas Trees

• 1/2 c. Crisco
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. white sugar
• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp. Pet milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 3/4 c. plain flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 pkg. Hershey's chocolate Kisses

1. Cream together Crisco, peanut butter, white and brown sugars. Add egg, milk and vanilla and beat well.
2. Sift together flour, soda and salt.
3. Mix together well.
4. Take 1 teaspoon cookie dough and roll in ball.
5. Then roll ball in white sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and place on one Hershey's chocolate Kiss on each cookie and press in until cookie cracks.
8. Return to oven and bake 2 to 5 minutes longer.
9. Cool on rack.
