Delicious And Nutritious Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Put oats and boiling water in a bowl; let stand.
  4. Combine sugars, oil and eggs well.
  5. Stir in oatmeal; mix well.
  6. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together; add to oatmeal mixture.
  7. Stir in nuts. Spread in prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan.
  9. Immediately spread prepared frosting onto the cake.
