California Zucchini Bake

  1. Saute beef, zucchini, onions, garlic powder and chili powder in a lightly greased skillet until vegetables are tender, but still crisp, stirring frequently.
  2. Add green chiles, rice, sour cream and 1 cup Jack cheese.
  3. Turn into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Arrange tomato slices on top and top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
