Old Fashion Fruitcake

  1. Heat oven to 275u0b0.
  2. Line pan with foil paper and grease it well.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients.
  4. Add oil, eggs, juice and syrup. Mix well.
  5. Add raisins, chopped fruit and nuts.
  6. Spread in pan and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. If necessary, cover top with foil to prevent burning the last hour.
